A Child Products & Toy Consumer Product Recall Alert Has Been Issued: Old Navy Recalls Toddler Girl Aqua Socks Due to Slip and Fall Hazard. The recalled child product and/or toy reportedly has the following potential safety hazard:

The shoes, which were sold in pink and purple, have less traction when worn on wet or smooth surfaces such as hardwood or tile. Old Navy has received two reports of falls.
