Club Car Golf Cars and Hospitality, Utility & Transport Vehicle Recall Issued By Club Car Over Potential Brake Pedal Cracking

Club Car Recalls 5,000 Golf Cars, Hospitality, Utility and Transport Vehicles Over Brake Pedals That Could Crack.

A golf car recall has been issued by Club Car, LLC  (“”Club Car”) recalling 5,000 Model 2010 DS golf cars and hospitality, utility and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation sold at authorized Club Car dealers nationwide from April 2010 through July 2010 for between $6,000 and $17,000 reportedly because the golf cars brake pedal can crack and separate, resulting in a loss of braking ability in the golf cars which could lead to a golf car crash, according to a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) outdoor & sporting good recall news report.
