A Child Products & Toy Consumer Product Recall Alert Has Been Issued: Child Safety Latches and Outlet Covers Recalled by Prime-Line; Screw Breaks Can Allow Unintended Access. The recalled child product and/or toy reportedly has the following potential safety hazard:

The screws on the safety latches and outlet covers can loosen and/or break. When this happens, young children can gain access to electrical outlets and other potentially hazardous items.
