A Child Products & Toy Consumer Product Recall Alert Has Been Issued: GAMMA Sports Recalls Children’s Tennis Racquets Due to Risk of Lead Exposure. The recalled child product and/or toy reportedly has the following potential safety hazard:

The orange grip tape on the tennis racket’s handle contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
