Chicago Firm Recalls Pork Roll Products Due To Misbranding and Undeclared Allergen

A Food Safety Recall Alert Has Been Issued:

BaLe Meat Processing and Wholesale, Inc., a Chicago, Ill., establishment is recalling approximately 13,200 pounds of various raw and ready-to-eat pork roll products because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen, wheat, which is not declared on the label.
