Wisconsin Firm Recalls Cooked Pork Hocks Due To Misbranding and an Undeclared Allergen

A Food Safety Recall Alert Has Been Issued:

Han Yang Inc., a Milwaukee, Wisc., establishment, is recalling approximately 25,600 pounds of cooked pork hocks because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products contain wheat, a known allergen, which is not noted on the label.
