Nestle USA’s Confections & Snacks Division Recalls Nestlé® RAISINETS® Fun Size Bags Over Alleged Undeclared Peanuts.
A food safety recall has been issued by Nestle USA (“Nestle USA” or “Nestle”) recalling Nestlé® RAISINETS® Fun Size Bags (10oz) (production code 02015748 and UPC number 2800010255) sold in the United States at Target, Shop Rite and Don Quixote retail stores, allegedly because the RAISINETS may contain undeclared peanuts which can potentially cause serious or life-threatening allergic reaction in people who have allergies or severe sensitivity to peanuts, according to a U.S. Food & Drug Administration (“FDA”) food safety recall news report.
