Sunbeam Products Recalls Convertible Clothes Iron Sold At Bed Bath & Beyond Due To Potential Fire & Burn Injury.
A recall has been issued by Sunbeam Products (“Sunbeam”) recalling 5,700 Sunbeam® Convertible Irons with a model number of GCSBRS – 103 sold at Bed Bath & Beyond stores nationwide from June 2010 to November 2010 for about $60 reportedly because the recalled iron can overheat and cause a fire because of a wiring issue, posing a risk of burn injury to consumers, according to a Bed Bath & Beyond Sunbeam Convertible Clothes Iron recall news report.
Consumers are reportedly being asked to immediately to stop using the recalled Bed Bath & Beyond & Sunbeam Convertible Clothes Iron and to contact Sunbeam for a free replacement iron.
