Rollerblade USA Recalls 29,000 Pairs of Spark & Spitfire Inline Skates Over Possible Loose Mounting & Wheel Bolts.
A rollerblade recall has been issued by Rollerblade USA (“Rollerblade USA”) recalling 29,000 pairs of Rollerblade Spark & Spitfire Inline Skates sold at sporting goods stores nationwide and on the Internet from September 2009 through July 2010 for between $80 and $160 reportedly because the frame mounting bolts and wheel axle bolts on the Rollerblade Spark & Spitfire Inline Skates can be loose on new inline skates, which can cause loose wheels or frames which could lead to risk of skaters falling, according to a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) outdoor & sporting good recall news report.
The Rollerblade Spark & Spitfire Inline Skates recall reportedly includes the following models of Rollerblade Spark & Spitfire Inline Skates purchased since September 2009:

- Spark 80, Men’s (SKU# 00702800956), Black

- Spitfire, Boy’s (SKU# 00705500741), Black
- Spitfire, Girl’s (SKU# 007056007Y8), Silver
- Spitfire S, Boy’s (SKU# 00705700956), Black
- Spitfire S, Girl’s (SKU# 007058009A7), Anthracite (Grey)
