Kosher First Recalls Tuv Taam Salads Nova Lox Salad Over Alleged Risk Of Listeria Monocytogenes Contamination.

A food recall has been issued by Kosher First LLC (“Kosher First”) recalling Tuv Taam Salads Nova Lox Salad (17 oz. plastic containers coded Sell By 12/03/2010) distributed to Costco stores in New Jersey and New York, reportedly because the recalled Tuv Taam Salads Nova Lox Salad may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which could lead to various symptoms and illnesses such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, and could cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women, according to a Food & Drug Administration FDA food recall news report.
