VOS Sports Hooded Jackets & Sweatshirts Recall Issued By VOS Sports Over Potential Strangulation Or Entrapment Hazard

VOS Sports Recalls 11, 700 Hooded Jackets and Sweatshirts Over Potential Strangulation or Entrapment Hazard.

A children’s hooded jackets and sweatshirts recall has been issued by VOS Sports Inc. (“VOS Sports”) recalling 11,700 hooded jackets and sweatshirts sold at various sweatshirts and jacket outlet stores nationwide from January 2005 through February 2010 for approximately between $17 and $34, reportedly because the VOS Sports children’s hooded sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood and/or waist that can pose a strangulation or entrapment hazard to children, according to a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) clothing recall news report.

Consumers are reportedly being asked to  remove the drawstrings from the recalled VOS Sports sweatshirts and jackets to eliminate the strangulation or entrapment hazard or contact VOS Sports Inc. for instructions on how to return the item for a full refund.
