A Child Products & Toy Consumer Product Recall Alert Has Been Issued: Peg Perego Recalls Strollers Due to Risk of Entrapment and Strangulation; One Child Death Reported. The recalled child product and/or toy reportedly has the following potential safety hazard:

An infant can slide through the opening between the stroller tray and seat bottom, but his/her head and neck can become trapped.
