A Child Products & Toy Consumer Product Recall Alert Has Been Issued: H&M Recalls Children's Water Bottle Due to Choking Hazard, Sold Exclusively at H&M Stores. The recalled child product and/or toy reportedly has the following potential safety hazard:

The water bottle’s spout can break off. Recalled products were sold from July 2012 through August 2012.
