North Carolina Firm Recalls Chicken Quesadilla Product Due to Misbranding and an Undeclared Allergen

A Food Safety Recall Alert Has Been Issued:

Stefano Foods, Inc., a Charlotte, N.C. establishment, is recalling approximately 3,744 pounds of a chicken quesadilla product because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains isolated soy protein, a known allergen, which is not declared on the label.
